It is truly an honor to serve as the principal of W.S. Lafargue. Our school's vision is to empower EVERY child to learn, grow, and shine while becoming lifelong learners. We believe that success comes from a strong partnership between school, home, and community. Communication and teamwork with all stakeholders will provide our students with a prosperous future. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where all students are empowered to reach their fullest potential through high-quality instruction, strong family partnerships, and a culture of respect and responsibility. Through effective lessons that include strong curriculum, instruction, and management, our teachers can successfully develop lifelong learners. Our faculty and staff will provide support in all areas of needs for our students. With committed personnel, our students will have assistance throughout the day to meet their social needs along with educational.
This year we are looking forward to the academic and social growth of our students. Through strong lessons in the classroom, family engagement events, and support from our community, W.S. Lafargue is on its way to be the best school it can be for our students.
